Behind every photo is a story: Still Water's goes like this, It was a beautiful summer night, I had been shooting in downtown Sarasota capturing some interesting architecture when a gut feeling directed my focus to the bay a short walk away. The feeling grew stronger as I began to see a calm yet radiant blue sky reflecting off a glass like surface. I was immediately in photographer heaven as I shot the scene for the 10 minutes of amazing light I was blessed with. I frequently visit this spot and can honestly say I have not seen a night with the same cool blue reflection as I witnessed that night. For me the photo represents the internal reflections we all experience at different times. We are lucky to be able to reflect upon ourselves to seek a deeper truth. Truth should help us find a calm cool state where we can simply relax and appreciate ourselves and our environment.
